Starting 2020 in a healthier way

New start of myself πŸ’ͺπŸΌπŸƒπŸ»‍♀️

Yesterday was the day, the day that I started fitness. I will start with the question that was asked to me most.
"Why are you going to work out?" Well, I'm going to tell you all that now.

 

After a few weeks I started to think again to do more to be able to lose weight a bit faster, and maybe to do something secretly about my condition, because it is not exactly fantastic either.

I don't feel so good about myself lately, because I have gained a few kilos in a short time. Which I would rather lose than rich.

I am only 1m60 and I am not necessarily overweight, but I prefer to leave the surplus.

I have begun to think about this for a long, long time.
Until I have come to a decision to subtly lose weight in small sizes.

I first started by dropping all that is unhealthy, and step into life a little healthier. Because almost every day I ate a full bag of "Mama Mia's My Favorite" chips and drank almost five cans of energy drink on one day, which is of course super unhealthy. I also only ate fast food.

So I wanted to put an end to this and I started to eat a little healthier, where I started by dropping the energy drink and the chips and exchanging them for some fruit and vegetables as a snack.

So I did some search work online and I came up with an app where you should do Workouts. This is called "Workout Women" and on that app you can do anything about your body at home and it's free. So I started this too.

 

Nevertheless, after a while I was going one step higher, and I went cycling for an hour on free evenings. Which of course also helps super well for my body and my condition, gradually I started to notice that I am doing well and that I am going to do even harder.

 

So I started fitness from yesterday. It went super well. Super heavy, but I succeeded. Of course, it looked as red as a tomato. But that is part of it once. Of course I don't start burning the listed 1000, I do it step by step, which is also much better for your body, but I build it up with the number of times I go.

I also have a booklet where I keep track of everything “When I go to the gym. & How much I burned about.”This makes it much easier for me to work at the gym. Maybe a tip for you?

My plan for this is to go three days a week to fitness in the Basic Fit, Workouts and to get healthier.
